The ground handling operator ASG Ground Handling has received the Top Agent Award from one of Asia’s largest airlines and a major global aviation player — China Southern Airlines —­­­  in recognition of exemplary service quality and high punctuality in handling the airline’s flights at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

The award was granted based on an evaluation of key operational performance indicators of ASG Ground Handling, with particular focus on safety, procedural accuracy, aircraft turnaround time, timeliness of services, and the quality of interaction with flight crews.

Founded in 1988, China Southern Airlines ranks among the top three airlines in China, is 6th in the world by passenger traffic, and operates the largest fleet in the Asian region, comprising over 900 aircraft.

The award was presented to Boyukagha Guliyev, Director of ASG Business Aviation LLC, by Zhang Yang, Director of China Southern Airlines’ representative office in Azerbaijan, who expressed appreciation to the ASG Ground Handling team for their high professionalism, consistent operational results, and significant contribution to ensuring reliable international ground operations for the airline.
