On December 20, 2024, the ASG Group of Companies held a meeting with students of the National Aviation Academy, focusing on the company’s operations and career opportunities. The event aimed to assist graduates in transitioning into the labor market, secure employment opportunities for them, and provide practical experience to support their professional development. This collaborative initiative underscores ASG’s commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering a strong connection between academia and industry.

Ulviya Mammadova, Head of the Recruitment and Development Division at ASG Business Aviation LLC, opened the event with a visual presentation, providing students with extensive information about the services offered by the ASG Group of Companies across various fields. She noted that the ASG Group of Companies comprises ASG Business Aviation LLC and its branches and subsidiaries: Ground Handling Company, Sky Catering, Logistics & Supply, Construction and Industry, and ASG Helicopter Services. The activities of these companies include renting private planes and helicopters, as well as providing various ground handling, catering, and cleaning services to business jets, cargo, and passenger aircraft at the country's civil airports.

Saadat Hadiyeva, Advisor to the President on Human Resources & General Clerical Affairs of ASG Aviation Services Group LLC, emphasized in her speech that if there are vacancies, priority in employment is given to graduates of the National Aviation Academy, taking into account their professional qualifications.

Irina Valiyeva, Head of the Human Resources Department at ASG Business Aviation LLC, advised students on the proper submission of CVs and the guidelines for job applications and selection processes. She reiterated that priority is given to graduates of the NAA.

Khalid Babayev, Head of the Passenger Service Department of the’ Ground Handling Company’ branch of ASG Business Aviation LLC, proudly noted that he himself is a graduate of the National Aviation Academy. He told the students in detail about the work of the Passenger Service Department and expressed his willingness to work with them in the future.

Ziya Mikayilov, Manager of the Internal Audit Department of ASG Business Aviation, announced their willingness to collaborate with students in the fields of finance and auditing. He wished the students success in their studies and future endeavors.

Elchin Ismailov ,Deputy head of the apron service department of the Ground Handling Company branch of ASG Business Aviation LLC, noted that most of the employees of his department are graduates of the National Aviation Academy and invited future graduates to apply for vacant positions.

Throughout the meeting representatives of ASG Group of Companies answered students' questions, and the most active of them were awarded with certificates from the company.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the representatives of the ASG Group of Companies thanked the staff of the National Aviation Academy for organizing the event and wished them success in their work.
