ASG Business Aviation is seeking to recruit a Junior Aircraft Maintenance & Planning Engineer Assistant – Paid Internship (3 Months -with the possibility of a permanent job for those who prove their excellence during the program).

Are you a fresh graduate from the National Aviation Academy (NAA) with a strong technical background and a passion for aviation? We are offering a 3-month paid internship with the possibility of a permanent job for those who prove their excellence during the program.

Who We’re Looking For:
Fresh graduates from NAA – technical academic background is mandatory
High GPA and strong technical knowledge
Proactive learners eager to develop their expertise
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Strong analytical and organizational skills

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Job Responsibilities:
Aircraft Maintenance Support:
• Assist in routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of aircraft systems.
• Support engineers in ensuring compliance with aviation safety and regulatory standards.
• Work with technical teams on aircraft servicing, repairs, and component replacements.
Maintenance Planning Support:
• Assist in planning and scheduling aircraft maintenance activities.
• Work with maintenance records, tracking aircraft service history, and ensuring compliance.
• Support engineers in coordinating with technical teams and suppliers for maintenance needs.
• Prepare technical reports and update maintenance logs.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications and must pass a written technical aviation exam in English to secure their place in the program.
